We had a lot of luck with the weather because it was sunny and not too cold, but we definitely recommend long sleeves for the wind as the boat speeds through the canal. “Very poor customer service. Our plane was delayed due to a mechanical problem this morning. I contacted “Tammy” at this company immediately to let her know that our plans were changing. We were rebooked on a later flight and I gave her that information immediately as well. Our new plane landed on time but the driver was no where to be found. We called their customer service and as told that the driver said we were a no show. Their customer service rep basically told us that we were SOL. We took a cab to the hotel instead.”
