“My wife and I never got on the ride. We were there early but no bus showed up. We had the 10:15 departure. We asked the lady at the kiosk stand and was told didn't know about the pickup. We later found out that there were people waiting for another everglade tour. Somehow we missed the pickup. The directions should be more clear where the pick is going to be. We didn't know where it was. Direction just gave us an address but that was not the actual pickup location. We were told that the bus will pick up and travel for another hour an a half before destination place.…”
